OPTION 1
◉ Pay 30% for reservation and allocation of plot (1st Month)
◉ Pay 30% lintel stage (3rd Month)
◉ Pay 20% roof level (6th Month)
◉ Pay 20% on completion (9th Month).
OPTION 2
◉ Pay 40% for reservation and allocation of plot (1st Month)
◉ Pay 30% lintel stage (3rd Month)
◉ Pay 20% roof level (6th Month)
◉ Pay 10% on completion (9th Month).
OPTION 3
◉ Outright cash payment within 3 months.
OPTION 4
◉ Pay minimum of 20% if locally based, the remaining 80% becomes the mortgage.
◉ Pay minimum of 30% if you live outside Ghana, the remaining 70% becomes the mortgage.
Clients based in Ghana will be required to deposit a minimum of 20% of the total cost of the house and the remaining 80% becomes the mortgage with FNB.
For clients living abroad, a minimum of 30% deposits is required with the remaining 70% becoming the mortgage with FNB.
The mortgage will be serviced up to 15 years with monthly instalments pay back.
Important Notice Should you pull out of the purchasing process at the foundation stage for whatever reason, US$2,000 of the initial deposit or its equivalence will not be refunded. However, if you pull out at any other stage for whatever reason, your initial deposit will be forfeited.
Application Form
◉ I, the undersigned, hereby apply to purchase a property at Vabb Homes Limited located at Prampram.
◉ Any buyer who is a resident outside Ghana would appoint a Representative with the powers of attorney (POA). The Representative shall be a resident in Ghana and shall have full authority to act in respect of the house and all matters including handing over.
◉ All names and information submitted on this document shall be used on all documents subsequently and hereinafter unless otherwise notified in writing.
All information provided below shall be kept in strict confidence and with utmost sensitivity.
